Return Policy

120 DAYS RETURN POLICY

We have a 120-day return policy. This means you can request a return within 120 days of receiving your order. In order to be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

RETURN PROCESS

+ To make the process as smooth as possible, please attach a video or photo of the defective or damaged product as proof for a refund or replacement.

If there is a refund, it will be issued within 7 days. Please note that, relying on your bank or credit card company will take another 3-5 working days for the credit to be credited to your account.

REFUNDS

CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 12 hours of placing the order to receive a full refund. After this period, the order may no longer be cancellable, depending on the processing status of the production department.
