e. Accuracy and Authority Statement:
“I swear, under penalty of perjury, that the information in this notification is accurate and that I am the owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the intellectual property involved.”
f. Signature:
Please include your physical or electronic signature.
2. Review Process
Once we receive your complete and valid claim, Koniris will:
- Confirm receipt of your complaint
- Review the reported content
- Remove or disable access to the content if appropriate
- Notify the party responsible for the content, if applicable
3. Counter Notification
If you believe your content was removed in error or misidentified, you may file a counter notice. We will provide more details upon request.
