Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
  • A 10% cancellation fee based on the order total will apply.
  • Once your order has entered processing, cancellation may no longer be available.
  • To request a cancellation, email us at support@koniris.com with your order number and details.

Order Modifications

You can request to modify your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, modifications may not be possible depending on your order’s processing status.

  • Changing Product Size:
    • Upsizing: If the new size has a higher price, you will need to pay the price difference.
    • Downsizing: We do not offer a refund for the price difference. This amount will be considered a modification fee.
