Ordering & Shipping
How long does it take to process and ship my order?
We process all orders within 1 – 3 business days. Once shipped, shipping within the U.S. takes approximately 3 – 6 business days, depending on your location.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. However, we are actively working on expanding to more regions in the future.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer flat-rate shipping of $6.99 on all orders – regardless of quantity or size. The fee is automatically added at checkout.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link to monitor your package.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
You may return items within 120 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
Please contact us before returning so we can guide you through the process.
What if I received a damaged or wrong item?
We offer exchanges for defective, wrong, or incorrect-size items. Please email us at support@koniris.com to request an exchange.
When will I receive my refund?
If approved, it will be issued within 7 days and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

What materials are your t-shirts and sweatshirts made from?
Our t-shirts are crafted from soft, breathable The 65% cotton blend for softness and breathability.
Our sweatshirts are crafted from a 50/50 cotton-poly blend that balances warmth and comfort while maintaining shape.
How do I care for my Koniris clothing?
For best results, machine wash cold with like colors and tumble dry low. Avoid bleach or harsh detergents to preserve fabric quality.
Are your clothes unisex?
Yes, all of our items are designed with a modern unisex fit that suits all genders comfortably.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards and PayPal. Payments are processed through secure, encrypted checkout systems.
