Order Processing
Orders are processed once payment is confirmed. Processing takes place on business days (Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Time), excluding the following holidays:
- New Year’s Day
- Presidents’ Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery time depends on your location. While we aim to provide accurate estimates, please note that shipping times are not guaranteed.
- Within the continental U.S.: Orders typically arrive in 4 – 9 business days.
- A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.

Personalized Orders

Order Tracking
Once your order is confirmed, processing takes 1 – 2 business days. You will then receive an email with tracking information.
Note: Tracking updates may take 3 – 7 days to appear in the carrier’s system. If tracking info is missing, the carrier may not have scanned your parcel yet. Contact us if your order is delayed.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- Puerto Rico
- Guam
- U.S. Virgin Islands
- APO/FPO addresses
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping information is correct at checkout:
- Inaccurate or incomplete addresses may cause delays.
- We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses or returned by the carrier.
- Returned orders may be discarded by our shipping partners.
- Re-shipping fees will apply if a second delivery is requested.
